Our facilities are all over AUSTIN ( all over Texas actually) - the main campus is at ROUND ROCK and we have locations in NORTH AUSTIN AND LAKEWAY , we need someone who really knows COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS and can be a super hero for all three location ( minor plumbing , electrical carpentry repairs, doors hardware etc) , we do provide a co vehicle that you will use when you go pick up parts or travel to other locations.
What we mean by experience
The real deal is needed, no fake turkey bacon here, bring us your experience in full building maintenance and building general repairs and you will be bringing home the bacon.
Someone who can perform General Building Maintenance - Minor Plumbing – electrical and HVAC work as well as light carpentry and other related building maintenance and repair tasks. If it breaks, you fix it around here.

- Hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance or commercial remodel and repair work as a service tech . Knowledge of all the main trades Plumbing
- Examples - repairing leaks clogs, replacing lavaotires and urinals in a commercial settting, PM work replacing filters etc on HVAC units, minor electrical like replacing ballasts
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Trustoworthy dependable honest
- Bonus points if you can play - Don't Stop Believin - on a guitar ( - just kidding - but we do give you bonus points in your interview if you really now alot about HVAC tech work on commerical and have your EPA preferrably or are willing to get it.
