I recently watched a video featuring Jennifer Walzer. She is the CEO of Backup My Info.  Jennifer was speaking to Inc.com about hiring practices at her company.  She requires all resumes to be accompanied by a joke.  Why a joke? Don’t Be A Jerk!

Here’s a not so funny story. About a year ago I was helping a client hire a few employees.  This client expressed to me that he intentionally acts like a jerk during an interview. I was astonished!
